Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on the Westnox website and app. By placing an order you agree to them. Westnox is a B2B supply platform: products are sold for professional use in barbershops, beauty parlours and salons.

Ordering

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order cannot be delivered to your address; anything already paid for a cancelled order is refunded.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The price at the time you place your order applies. Offers and discounts are valid for the period shown and while stocks last.

Delivery

We deliver across India to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown on the site ship free; otherwise the delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Given the professional and consumable nature of the products, we do not accept returns for other reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
